Let me tell you about our experience at Don’s TV and Appliances. We closed on a house and needed a fridge. After searching online we went to Don’s. They really treat you like family. No pressure, answered our questions and even pointed out things we hadn’t thought of. We decided on a Fridge and they delivered it and set it up quick! The delivery guys were great. Then the dishwasher was acting up. My wife looked at the website and found a model she was interested in. I went to purchase it and they tried to find solutions so we would have to buy a dishwasher. Everyone likes to buy but no one likes to be sold. I assured them that my wife wanted a new unit and they noticed that the model I was sent to purchase had a handle that wouldn’t match our new GE fridge. We followed their recommendation and took it home same day! Quietest dishwasher I’ve ever used! Unmatched price, service, delivery. You really do get more at Don’s!

They have now bold face lied to me twice. 3 months ago, I walked in bought a dishwasher in the clearance area. Was told it was a floor model. Got it home. It was in fact a return that was broken. Service call and it got fixed. Not even 2 weeks ago, I go back to buy a dryer. I'm calling service again cause the dryer ain't drying. I was told at the time of buying it. It was a floor model. Jesus H. Christ, what do y'all do to the floor models in this place? Now, I'm 2.5 days away from Christmas with no dryer. I have made the service call but yea, it's costing them. There will not be a third time. Use at your discretion.

Mike recently came to my house to see why my oven was no longer working. He quickly discovered the problem, ordered the part, and repaired the appliance in a very short time. Mike was professional, fast, and he found time to engage in a little friendly conservation. I highly recommend Don’s not only for the quality of their appliances, but for the great service provided well after my original purchase. AK

Update: It ended up taking almost 6 months & 5 trips, but the finally got the vent hood working. It has now worked for 3 weeks straight. The last several visits were scheduled directly by the service manager & he was very pleasant to deal with. Original: Used Don‘s for all of our new appliances for new home construction. Venthood didn’t work from day one. It has taken them four months to get the parts in and they have canceled our service calls with no notification. Still waiting for the venthood to actually work properly. Heard back from Don’s today. They’re scheduled to come out next week to fix the venthood. Will update rating pending outcome of visit.

My husband and I looked everywhere for the washer and dryer I wanted and it was either out of stock eventhough it was advertised that it was in the store or the price was a few hundred dollars more than advertised!!! We should have gone to Don's from the start I found the washer and dryer I wanted and the price was perfect and the employees are absolutely wonderful,friendly and very helpful!!!!

I have purchased appliances at Don's for years and generally received good service and quality. Recently I purchased a new freezer and then went home to find out that it would not fit in the space I had planned on. I called the store and cancelled the order and asked them to issue a credit to my card to refund the $1200+ price. Four days later the credit had not shown up on my card and, when I called the bank, they showed no pending credits. I drove 20 miles back into town and found out that they had not issued the credit at all. I had them process the refund credit in my presence and took home the receipt as proof. The sad part is that processing a credit is as easy as processing a purchase but I had to wait almost a week to learn this had not been done and then I had to take my time to drive back into town to correct the situation. This was very unprofessional on their part and completely undermines the reason for shopping at a local store like Don's.
